Work-Family Climate and Work-Family Conflict on Medical Representative

چکیده

Iklim kerja organisasi merupakan salah satu penyebab mengapa konflik kerja-keluarga itu terjadi. Meskipun penelitian tentang iklim dan sudah banyak dilakukan di Eropa Amerika, masih sedikit yang mengkaji hubungan antarkeduanya Asia, terutama Indonesia. Dengan demikian, ini bertujuan untuk antara pada medical representative. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik purposive sampling serta 105 responden representative menikah memiliki anak. Analisis konsep skala Kossek Carlson diadaptasi Artiawati Data juga dianalisis analisis regresi. Hasil secara simultan diperoleh F = 5,487 p < 0,021 artinya ada keluarga Indonesia, namun parsial tidak korelasi kerja-keluarga. menyimpulkan bahwa apabila klim berbagi keprihatinan membuat pengorbanan berjalan baik maka hal tersebut dapat menurunkan
